Our mission began with our first leadership academy, Crucible Lusaka. Blending academic excellence with real-world leadership practice, our flagship secondary school is proof of concept.
By 2045, Crucible aims to establish 100 academies across Africa. At scale, Crucible graduates will drive economic development and social progress.

In early 2025, Crucible opened our first two-year, senior secondary academy. Crucible Lusaka welcomed 28 students selected from over 400 of Zambia’s most talented teenagers.
This STEM-focused leadership institution serves as a template for a scalable network of academies to be launched across the continent.
